Attach band to both anchor points\n2. Operator sits in launch cradle\n3. Two assistants (not available) or one operator pulls band back using legs against anchor rock\n4. Release\n\n## Ballistic Calculations\n\n- Launch angle: 35 degrees\n- Estimated velocity at release: 180 mph\n- Estimated landing zone: 400 ft radius (theoretical)\n- Actual landing zone: unknown, varies significantly\n\n## Safety Notes\n\nThe band may snap back toward the operator if tension is uneven.
