# Rocket-Powered Roller Skates ## Overview High-velocity personal transportation device designed for rapid pursuit scenarios across desert terrain. Dual solid-fuel boosters mounted to standard steel-frame roller skates. ## Requirements - Top speed: 300+ mph - Fuel duration: 45 seconds - Terrain: flat desert roads, canyon edges, painted tunnels - Operator weight: up to 45 lbs (coyote-class) ## Propulsion Two ACME Model 7 solid rocket boosters, one per skate. Ignition via pull-cord mechanism on the operator's back. No throttle control. No braking system. ## Steering Body lean only. The operator shifts weight to turn. At speeds above 200 mph, the turning radius exceeds most canyon widths. ## Known Limitations - Cannot stop until fuel is exhausted - Cliff edges provide no deceleration surface - Gravel patches cause catastrophic loss of traction - The target has been observed to simply step aside at the last moment
