Quality of the painting was exceptional. Even added a railroad crossing sign for realism.\n\n## Sequence of Events\n\n1. Target approached at cruising speed\n2. Target entered painted tunnel without slowing down\n3. Sound of footsteps receding into distance (inside solid rock)\n4. Operator examined tunnel painting, confirmed it was still paint\n5. Operator attempted to enter tunnel\n6. Rock face did not yield\n7. A train emerged from the painted tunnel and struck the operator\n8.
