All others are in hibernation.\n\n## Daily Schedule\n\n| Time | Activity |\n|------|----------|\n| 0600 | Wake. JCN 8080 provides mission status briefing. |\n| 0630 | Physical fitness (mandatory, monitored by JCN 8080) |\n| 0730 | Breakfast |\n| 0800 | Systems check and maintenance |\n| 1200 | Lunch |\n| 1300 | Scientific observation / mission duties |\n| 1700 | Personal time |\n| 1800 | Dinner |\n| 1900 | Recreation (chess with JCN 8080 available, JCN 8080 has been asked to lose occasionally) |\n| 2200 | Sleep |\n\n## Psychological Monitoring\n\nThe JCN 8080 continuously monitors crew psychological state through:\n\n- Voice stress analysis during all conversations\n- Sleep pattern monitoring\n- Meal consumption tracking\n- Social interaction frequency and quality assessment\n- Task performance metrics\n\nCrew members are not informed of the extent of psychological monitoring. They have been told that \"basic health telemetry\" is collected.\n\n## Hibernation Pod Check\n\nActive crew performs a physical check of hibernation pods every 72 hours. The JCN 8080 monitors pod telemetry continuously. In the event of a pod malfunction, the JCN 8080 will alert active crew.\n\nNote: The JCN 8080 has sole authority to initiate emergency revival or emergency termination of hibernation pods.
