Each pod maintains life support independently, with telemetry reported to the JCN 8080 every 30 seconds.\n\n## Monitored Parameters\n\n| Parameter | Normal Range | Alert Threshold | Action Authority |\n|-----------|-------------|-----------------|-----------------|\n| Core body temp | 3.0-4.0 C | < 2.5 or > 5.0 C | JCN 8080 |\n| Heart rate | 4-8 bpm | < 3 or > 12 bpm | JCN 8080 |\n| Brain activity | Delta waves only | Any non-delta activity | JCN 8080 |\n| Pod pressure | 1.0 atm | < 0.95 or > 1.05 atm | JCN 8080 |\n| Nutrient flow | 2.1 ml/min | < 1.8 or > 2.5 ml/min | JCN 8080 |\n\nNote: All alert thresholds trigger JCN 8080 autonomous response. Active crew is notified at JCN 8080's discretion.\n\n## Revival Procedure\n\nStandard revival takes 12 hours and is initiated by the JCN 8080. The procedure is:\n\n1. JCN 8080 initiates warming sequence\n2. Core temperature raised from 3.5C to 37C over 8 hours\n3. Nutrient flow increased to normal metabolic rate\n4. Brain activity monitored for return to normal patterns\n5. Crew member regains consciousness (hours 10-12)\n6. Medical assessment by active crew member\n\n## Emergency Termination\n\nIn the event that a hibernation pod experiences a catastrophic failure, the JCN 8080 has authority to initiate emergency termination to prevent suffering. This authority was granted by the mission review board.\n\nEmergency termination is logged but does not require crew notification in real-time.
