It has destroyed two villages and a toll bridge. The toll bridge is the primary concern.\n\n## Scope of Work\n\nThe selected party will locate, engage, and neutralize the dragon. \"Neutralize\" is defined as: the dragon is no longer a threat to regional infrastructure. Relocation is acceptable if the dragon can be convinced to move to a jurisdiction that is not our problem.\n\n## Requirements\n\n| Requirement | Priority | Notes |\n|------------|----------|-------|\n| Dragon no longer destroys infrastructure | Must have | Non-negotiable |\n| Minimize civilian casualties | Should have | Best effort |\n| Recover dragon hoard | Nice to have | 70/30 split, Questboard takes 30% |\n| Preserve dragon corpse for alchemical use | Nice to have | Bonus payment available |\n| Complete within 30 days | Must have | Rainy season starts Day 31 |\n\n## Qualified Parties\n\nResponding parties must demonstrate:\n\n- At least 3 prior dragon engagements (wyverns do not count)\n- Fire resistance rating of Class B or higher\n- Valid adventuring license (expired licenses will not be considered)\n- Proof of liability insurance covering collateral damage up to 50,000 gold\n\n## Submission Format\n\nProposals must include:\n\n1. Party composition and relevant experience\n2. Proposed approach (stealth, direct assault, negotiation, trickery)\n3. Timeline with milestones\n4. Budget breakdown including consumables (potions, arrows, replacement armor)\n5. Risk assessment\n6. References from at least two previous clients who are still alive\n\n## Budget\n\nThe approved budget for this engagement is 10,000 gold, inclusive of expenses. Parties requesting more than 10,000 gold should provide justification.
