An escort mission is any engagement where the primary ...","title":"Escort Mission Service Level Agreement","content":"# Escort Mission Service Level Agreement\n\n## Purpose\n\nThis document defines the standard Service Level Agreement for all Questboard escort missions. An escort mission is any engagement where the primary objective is transporting a client or client's property from Point A to Point B without loss or damage.\n\n## Service Tiers\n\n| Tier | Description | Price per mile | Guarantee |\n|------|------------|---------------|-----------|\n| Bronze | Armed escort, standard route | 5 gold | Best effort. No refund for delays. |\n| Silver | Armed escort, route optimization, overnight watch | 12 gold | Arrival within 150% of estimated time or 50% refund |\n| Gold | Armed escort, route optimization, overnight watch, advance scouting, healer on staff | 25 gold | Arrival within 120% of estimated time or full refund. Resurrection included for client (one use). |\n| Platinum | Everything in Gold plus decoy caravan, aerial reconnaissance, and a bard for morale | 60 gold | Guaranteed arrival or full refund plus 10,000 gold penalty. Party assumes all liability. |\n\n## Exclusions\n\nThe following are not covered under any service tier:\n\n- Acts of gods (literal divine intervention)\n- Dimensional rifts\n- Client starts a fight with the escort party\n- Client wanders off at night despite being told not to\n- Client insists on taking a \"shortcut\" they heard about from a stranger at a tavern\n- Client is secretly cursed and did not disclose this during intake\n\n## Client Responsibilities\n\nThe client agrees to:\n\n1. Disclose all known threats, curses, bounties, or vendettas before departure\n2. Follow the party leader's instructions during combat\n3. Stay with the group at all times\n4. Not open mysterious containers found along the route\n5. Not pet anything that growls\n\nFailure to comply with client responsibilities voids the SLA and all associated guarantees.\n\n## Dispute Resolution\n\nDisputes are resolved through Questboard arbitration. The arbitration panel consists of one retired adventurer, one merchant guild representative, and one cleric of a neutral deity.
