These terms apply to your use of pdrive. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
pdrive is currently in early access. These terms may be updated as the product evolves. We'll notify you of significant changes via email.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. This includes API keys. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person or entity per account, unless you're managing a team account.
Your content
You own everything you upload to pdrive. We don't claim any intellectual property rights over your documents, markdown files, or other content.
We need a limited license to operate the service: specifically, the right to store, display, and serve your content to the people you've granted access to. That's the extent of it.
You can export or delete your content at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't use pdrive to:
- Store or distribute malware
- Host content that's illegal in your jurisdiction
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with the service's operation
- Resell access to the service without permission
Service availability
pdrive is in early access. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee a specific uptime percentage. There will be maintenance windows, bugs, and the occasional outage.
We don't offer an SLA during early access. If that's a requirement for your use case, pdrive may not be the right fit yet.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
If we ever shut down the service, we'll give at least 30 days notice and provide a way to export your data.
Limitation of liability
pdrive is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss, downtime, or security incidents.
This doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
