Ordering Process

  1. Submit requisition form (Form ANV-7) to procurement
  2. Include deployment location and estimated drop height
  3. Specify whether anvil should be monogrammed (optional, +$15)
  4. Confirm delivery address (note: several delivery drivers have refused to deliver to cliff edges)

Bulk Discounts

Orders of 10 or more anvils receive a 15% discount. Given our current consumption rate of approximately 10 anvils per month, bulk ordering is recommended.

Our account representative at ACME Foundry, Linda, has asked us to "please stop calling to ask if there's a way to make the anvils fall faster." The answer remains no. Gravity is not a variable we can negotiate with the supplier.

Return Policy

Anvils that have been dropped from any height are non-returnable. Anvils that have made contact with the canyon floor, the operator, or any living creature are non-returnable. Anvils that are still in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days.

We have never returned an anvil.

Disposal

Used anvils accumulate at the bottom of various canyons. The environmental compliance team has asked us to develop a recovery plan. The recovery plan is: we do not recover them. The canyons are getting heavier.
