Escort Mission Service Level Agreement

Purpose

This document defines the standard Service Level Agreement for all Questboard escort missions. An escort mission is any engagement where the primary objective is transporting a client or client's property from Point A to Point B without loss or damage.

Service Tiers

Exclusions

The following are not covered under any service tier:

  • Acts of gods (literal divine intervention)
  • Dimensional rifts
  • Client starts a fight with the escort party
  • Client wanders off at night despite being told not to
  • Client insists on taking a "shortcut" they heard about from a stranger at a tavern
  • Client is secretly cursed and did not disclose this during intake

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  1. Disclose all known threats, curses, bounties, or vendettas before departure
  2. Follow the party leader's instructions during combat
  3. Stay with the group at all times
  4. Not open mysterious containers found along the route
  5. Not pet anything that growls

Failure to comply with client responsibilities voids the SLA and all associated guarantees.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through Questboard arbitration. The arbitration panel consists of one retired adventurer, one merchant guild representative, and one cleric of a neutral deity. Decisions are final and magically binding.
